Hiring Club Facilities


Suitable for special events, family celebrations and corporate functions.

RATE PER HOUR  :    $60      

DEPOSIT :    $100 Not Refundable if the Booking Date is Agreed to and is cancelled. If the function  goes ahead as booked the deposit will come off the final total cost of the Function.

Function License Cost:  $89.50  (This fee is paid directly to South Australian Liquor Licensing Commission because our Limited Club Licence does not allow us to  hire out the Club for Large Functions)

Includes
Fully stocked bar at very competitive prices
Member(s) of the club providing bar service and support to run the function
Use of petanque equipment and guidance to play the game
Access to kitchen facilities and BBQ
Air conditioned facilities
Chairs and tables to seat 100 people
Use of DVD/TV/CD System
Please Note!        NO Karaoke  permitted

 Additional costs
Fees apply if the function is outside of the Club’s licensed times and an application for an extension is needed.
Setup/pull down rates are 50% of full rate.
Additional facilities fees may also apply.

      • Guidelines For Parents
      • Bringing in Electrical Equipment to the Club:
        • Some hiring groups like to bring into the Club their own Electrical Equipment e.g. Audio and Video Play and Recording Equipment. This can be negotiated with the Club, but Hire’s must observe the strict legal requirements to have any equipment bought in to have up to-date Test and Tag identification.
        • If you have any issue with this please discuss with our Hiring Coordinator.
